Blanca Brandenburg

Bio: My name is Blanca Brandenburg, am a Register Nurse Case Manager with NSI Nursing, Inc. for the last 13 years. I love traveling and have 6 dogs! I started my career in the healthcare industry in 1990 as a CNA. I obtained my License Practical Nursing certification at Pima Community College, in 1998, I continued with an Associate degree in Nursing in 2012. I also attended Grand Canyon University for a Bachelor degree. I worked as a District Nurse with the Department of Developmental Disabilities for 2 years, serving individually with cognitive delay and high medical needs. I have worked with special needs and medical fragile individuals for more than 20 years. I am specialist in Ventilator and pediatrics. I have Obtained my Wound Care Certification and Diabetic wound care Certification. Currently I am the Certified wound specialist at NSI.

Cat Canfield

Bio: Wife, mother of 5, grandmother of 13. I am the billing and contracts manager here at NSI Nursing Service, Inc. I have been doing medical coding and billing for over 30 years, beginning at Tucson General Hospital at age 13, where my dad was the business manager. I have also worked for doctors in almost every specialty. I have been here at NSI for almost 14 years, the longest I have ever stayed in one place. NSI is more than just a job. It is truly a family.

Catherine McKenzie

Bio: My name is Catherine McKenzie medical Billing and Coding Manager at NSI Nursing Service INC. Since April 2019. I’ve been with NSI since June 2005. I enjoy learning and utilizing the new EMR and Intermediary technologies as well as working with insurance companies. I have my certification in Medical Billing & Coding from Pima Comm. College and currently going for my Associate’s in Health Information Technologies. The office culture at NSI is like no other company I’ve worked with, NSI encourages and promotes both growth and continual education.

Colton Anderson

Bio: My name is Colton I am the Operations Manager at NSI- Nursing Service Inc. I have been with the company since 2014. Throughout my career with NSI, I’ve had the opportunity to grow and learn alongside some of Tucson’s most skilled and compassionate home health care workers and clinicians. Assisting in multiple departments to ensure the quality of employment and excellent patient care.

Danny Anderson

Bio: I started working for NSI while I was in high school doing Data Entry and continued doing Data Entry through College. Toward the end of college, I had the opportunity to move into the Finance department at NSI and play a more important role in the company. NSI gave me the flexibility to work through school and I am happy to still be a part of the team here at NSI.

Daryl Caudill

Bio: I began working with NSI as a field staff nurse and worked my way to a Case Manager position. Working with clients in their homes is a very rewarding opportunity. It is truly a pleasure and honor to work with such an organization as NSI.

Jacob Stone

Bio: My name is Jacob Stone, I work in patient authorizations for NSI Nursing Services. I also conduct fingerprints when needed and am NSI’s OSHA officer.

Kenneth Cutler

Bio: I began working at NSI as a receptionist while I was finishing my Master’s degree at Georgetown University. When I graduated, I stayed on and found a home at NSI as a “Jack of all trades” working as a compliance manager and locating areas of improvement in the company and growth opportunities. I progressed to being the sole project manager and lead trainer for new systems and operations such as our EMR, Continuing Education and improvement system for office staff and field staff, etc. Once the implementation was completed, I then began working in the finance and billing departments as the DDD billing manager and payroll. Then quickly moved up to be cofinance operation manager with Danny Anderson where we handle all finance and operations for NSI.

Linda Windle

Bio: I have been a practicing nurse for over 40 years, with nearly 40 of them in Arizona as a registered nurse (RN). I received my Associates Degree of Nursing in 1985 from Gateway Community College in Phoenix, and later graduated as a certified legal nurse consultant from the Vickie Milazzo Institute in 2003. My clinical background includes working in pediatric ICUs at various hospitals in Arizona, and case managing the unique needs of critically ill home care patients, particularly pediatric patients with developmental disabilities. I have been an instructor for Certified Nursing Assistants and Medical Assistants, and am a certified C.P.R. instructor. I joined NSI in 2010 as an RN Case Manager. In September 2022, I became NSI’s DCW Director.

Liz McCloskey

Bio: My name is Liz I have had the pleasure of being a nurse for 30 years. I started my career @ TMC in pediatrics (floor, special care, and PICU). Next, I transitioned to TADRE Children’s Home (group home), where we provided respite services and training for parents of special needs children coming out of the hospital. I became Director of Nursing for TADRE/Danville group homes for children & adults. From there I worked at Children’s Rehabilitative Services which was a multi‐specialty clinic for special needs kids. Finally, I came to NSI where we provide in-home care for adults and children. I was hired as a case manager, spent some time as Director of Nursing, then returned to the job I love as case manager.

Marie Sahl

Bio: Marie Sahl LPN – QC Compliance Officer/ Intake Coordinator and Article 9 instructor For NSI nursing, I have been working for NSI off and on since the mid 1990s starting with them as a CNA and continuing my career with them through the years as a field nurse and recently moving to be in the office working in a new capacity y while still feeding the same passion for patient care as I always have. It’s a beautiful gift to work for a local family-owned company that shares the same passion for patient care and others as I do.

Rafael Rivera

Bio: My name is Rafael Rivera I’ve been working for N.S.I. for the last 23 years has been a great experience. The daily interactions with N.S.I. staff and our clients have provided me a rewarding workplace. As one of NSI RN Case Manager I have been blessed to continue to work for such a great company.

Robbie Pabst

Bio: My name is Robbie L. Pabst I was a C.N.A in California start in 1979. Then went on and got my EMT license in 1982. Dawn hired me 15 years ago I was taking care of clients in the field for a few years. Then moved to the office as the receptionist, being here so long I have done many other jobs. Now I am Admin Assistant I help our case managers with all their paperwork, client charts, and orders. This company is home.

Roza Badalov

Bio: I have been working for NSI for 10 years since 2012. I was born in Uzbekistan, Tashkent city part of Soviet Union. My family immigrated to Israel in 1990. I moved to New York City and then Tucson, AZ. I have graduated from Pima Community College with Associate Nursing Degree and received my Bachelor’s from Northern University of Arizona. I have learned and grown in my career from being field staff to Case manager and DON. I appreciate NSI for giving me this opportunity to learn about myself and what is being a leader. In my spare time I like to walk, read, and play with my kids. I speak three languages (Russian, Hebrew, English) which helps me to provide good quality care to NSI patients. I am passionate about working in healthcare with NSI and its possibility to serve our community with the vast and growing needs.

Sara Perez

Bio: My name is Sara Perez I’ve lived in Tucson since 1996. I received my nursing degree from PCC in May 2004 and my license from AZ state board of nursing. I started my career in Peds/PICU and have done a range of areas since. I’ve been with NSI since Jan. 2018 as field staff up until recently becoming part-time Case Manager.

Viviana Pacheco

Bio: My name is Viviana, I am a native of the city of Tucson and I have been working for NSI- Nursing Services Inc. for three years now. I am the Human Resource Manager, and I am more than happy to be fulfilling my purpose with a company that not only values their patients and employees but also the community. We are more than just a home health agency we are a family. In my spare time I love to spend time with my family, participate in fitness activities, cook, and do event planning. I am passionate about working in the health industry and help as many people as I can along the way.

Yasaleah Anderson

Bio: My name is Yasaleah Anderson I joined NSI Nursing in September 2011 – coming to the Agency with a strong background in real estate land development, law, business owner and leadership. I utilized my business and marketing skills to help grow the company and broaden its base. I immediately realized I had made the right career change as I found such an appreciation for the patients and the existing staff. I quickly realized NSI was a company I wanted to call home and dove right in. My history has included Business Development, pre-legal, executive management to President – I continue to look for new ways to be an integral part of my staff and the Tucson community, as I truly believe in putting the people and patients first.
